He was the former Director of Risk Management, Divisional Operations Manager, and Precious Metals Dealer for LFG Bullion Services. He is a former member of the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange. He has provided investment banking, risk management and project development services to multiple financial services projects.; Frank is currently the Head Precious Metals Dealer for Alliance Financial, LLC.
