John Ayres is the Senior Managing Member of Integrated Brokerage Services, LLC.
He is also the Senior Managing Member and a registered principal of Alliance Financial, LLC. Alliance is a guaranteed futures introducing broker guaranteed by Integrated Brokerage Services, LLC; and a bullion banker and principal precious metals dealer.
Mr. Ayres has over 34 years’ experience in all aspects of the futures trading and the brokerage industry. He has been a Member of the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange since 1979 where he has served on several exchange committees. He has been an active Local Floor Trader and Registered Floor Broker since 1979. He has held Chicago Board of Trade membership interest in the Index, Debt and Energy Market (IDEM), as well as Commodity Options Market (COM) seats.

Frank McGhee is the Head Precious Metals Broker for IBS Metals.
He is Risk Manager and Administrative Operations Manager for Integrated Brokerage Services, LLC where he oversees the daily activities of the Margin and Risk departments and various other aspects of the firm's operations.
He is the Head Precious Metals Dealer for Alliance Financial, LLC, an affiliate of Integrated Brokerage Services, LLC.
He is the senior Managing Member of Integrated Trading Systems, LLC, a non-registered money manager and affiliate of Integrated Brokerage Services, LLC.
Frank McGhee has over 38 years of direct experience in all aspects of the futures and physical precious metals industries. He was the former Director of Risk Management, Divisional Operations Manager, and Precious Metals Dealer for LFG Bullion Services. He is a former member of the MidAmerica Commodity Exchange. He has provided investment banking, risk management and project development services to multiple financial services projects.
